We are pleased to introduce Sonepar India as a comprehensive solution provider for Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation Products, Projects, and Services.
Sonepar, an independent family-owned company, has been a global leader in B2B distribution of electrical products, projects, solutions, and related services since its inception in 1969 in Paris, France. Operating in 40 countries, Sonepar achieved total sales of 32.5 billion € in FY2024.
As a 100% subsidiary of Sonepar, France, Sonepar India leads the Indian market in B2B distribution of Automation, Instrumentation, and Electrical products, Projects, and Solutions, with annual sales of 114 million € in FY2024. In 2022, Sonepar acquired Masibus Automation and Instrumentation Pvt Ltd., enhancing our capabilities in Industrial Automation and Instrumentation, Panel Assembly, and Manufacturing.
Sonepar India commenced its first greenfield operation in 2009 in Gurgaon, Haryana, marking our entry into the Indian market. Our primary focus is to serve a diverse customer base across Residential, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. Initially starting in the Telecom sector, we have successfully expanded into Automation and Integrated Supply Chain, maintaining our commitment to fast, reliable, and quality service.
Today, Sonepar India operates 9 offices, 6 warehouses, and employs over 381 professionals, including 20 resident engineers. Our team of experienced specialists excels in various product categories, including lighting and control, cabling, automation, equipment, safety, electrical distribution, and building automation.
We specialize in providing tailored solutions for sectors such as telecom, industrial automation, integrated supply, networking, renewable energy, lighting, power distribution, cabling, safety tools, and engineering supplies. Our customer-centric approach ensures we meet the unique needs of our clients.
