Integrated Electrical House (E-House)
Overview & Benefits
E-Houses are prefabricated and transportable solutions designed to accommodate medium-voltage and low-voltage panels, critical power equipment, automation systems, and VFD cabinets within a controlled environment. They provide a cost-effective, low-risk alternative to conventional concrete or brick construction. Each E-House module is custom-engineered to meet specific application requirements, including equipment layout, site footprint limitations, and logistics considerations. Fabrication and equipment installation are carried out in a controlled facility, ensuring delivery of a fully functional and tested module. This prefabricated and pre-tested delivery model minimizes site installation and commissioning efforts, enhances schedule predictability, and significantly reduces the overall energization period.
E-House Solution
The modules are prefabricated, fully fitted, and internally wired to include auxiliary systems, control, protection, and communication equipment, along with low- and medium-voltage switchgear, UPS, automation systems, and VFDs. Once shipped to site, each unit arrives complete with all necessary components—from switchgear to control and communication systems, fire and security systems, as well as lighting and air conditioning. E-Houses can be delivered with either air-insulated or gas-insulated switchgear technology, or a combination of both, depending on project requirements. Optional features include EV charging stations, solar roofs, and customized exterior finishes in alternative colors and materials. Designed for durability, the building has an expected lifespan of approximately 30 years

E-House solutions are particularly well-suited for projects where reducing on-site work is critical—especially in challenging environments with limited installation time, restricted access to skilled personnel, or scarce material availability. The extensive E-House portfolio includes modular, multi-building configurations that can be site-mounted on elevated piers, installed directly above subsurface cable pits, or even designed as trailer-mounted solutions for mobility.
